When on the gear, other than eating like a horse, what do you guys use for suppliments?

I use : Designer Protein (8 scoops)
Taurine Powder
Amino 2222 (4 a day)
Glutamine
Ribose
Potassium
Chromium
Digestive enzymes
and a good multivitamin pack
I get sick off of creatine so I never use it.

im taking nitrotech and celltech right now. im starting a cycle in a few weeks and i plan on staying w/ that. dont forget the isoflavones and milk thistle.

I think when people go overboard on cycle thats just plain silly.

I keep it pretty simple.

Protein Factory's "Penta Pro" protein.
Mass Quantities Triple Threat MRP
Champion Nutritions Super Heavy Weight Gainer 1200
Egg protein.
Multivitamin/Multimineral supp.
Primrose
Milk Thistle
Fish Oil
Fiber
Vit. E
Vit. B6
Glutamine
Zinc/Magnesium supps.

That about it...well I guess its simple heh...heh..heh..heh..

I take Max Pro Protien before bed, HIGH 5 during the day, multi-vit, B-complex supp, BCAA Amino supp, milk thistle, dandelion root, lots of water.

WCP's supplements look very similar to mine. I would add vit.C, Flaxseed oil, Korean Ginseng and Milk Thistle(silymarin) if you take any orals.

I take a MRP at least 3 times a day. Flax seed oil, vitamines A, B, C, D and E, Saw Pallmeto, Cranberry Concentrate, Ginkgo, Coenzyme Q10, Lecithine, Glucosmine and Chondroitin, MSM, garlic and a partridge in a pear tree twice a day.
