hey everyone, I'm 20/F. 146lbs about 12 or 13% bodyfat, max... i've never used clen before but i'm planning on doing another deca cycle and want to add clen in after the first couple weeks on deca so i can get rid of some of the water weight and also bodyfat to try to lean out. I usually use ECA either 2 or 3 days on, 1 off and I can tolerate taking that 3 times per day. So what do you think I would start out with? 2 per day? And I've heard everyone say different things about how many days on/off... Some are saying 2 weeks on, 1 off, others say 5 days on, 5 off. What has worked the best for all of you??? I'm preparing for a show Sept 23rd and really would like to lean out a lot now while putting lots of size on at the same time. (but really mainly worried about all the water weight retention because I held a LOT last time, it was terrible, but definitely worth the gains that I kept from it)!!!! Please help, give me your input and/or past experiences with Clen, or if you've done a Deca/clen cycle... Right now I have 100 clen (can get more if needed) Thanks everyone! AJ | ||
