How long did you wait until you tried it again?

I did a week and everything was fine (6 months ago)

I tried it again and I had an alergic reation, a bad rash ( 5 months ago)

I tried it again and I had an alergic reation, a bad rash and very lethargic.(3 1/2 months ago)

I stopped as soon as I noticed the rash.

I was thinking about tring it again. I wanted to start taking Benadryl a day before and troughout the week long cycle.

Any opinions?

On my seccond cycle I had an allergic reaction.(HAVEN'T HAD ALL. REACTIONS SINCE) Most people who gets an allergic reaction to DNP(with some of the following symptoms: rash, dots, itching, sensetivety to light.) ussually 'just' overdosed. If you symptoms was the before mentioned, it could be you was just od'ing. What was you dossage like??
Remember, just because all your cycles was identical it doesn't mean that you didn't od the seccond & third time. Some people get more sensetive do dnp after the first cycle, and shouldn't use as much as they did first time.

yes,
as been said try to lower the dosage and the alergic reation will go.

I popped a 300mg pill in the moring and one in the evening. Then the next day I had the reaction.

That's a daily dossage of 600 mg. Decrease to 300 mg. And see how that goes, if no sides, you could try half a cap extra.
