I am going to doing my first cycle ever and it is strictly deca. I have 2 questions: 1. Should I continue to train in the same manner that I have been 5 days a week. 5-8 reps per set. 2. How much should I increase my diet of 2,500 cal 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. Everyday is a heavy day!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If your goal is to bulk up then you need to train big and eat big. You didn't specify dosage or body stats so no one can give you a real good idea of how much to eat. You really should already know this if you are going to be using AS. If you are bulking you will need to substantially increase calories. If you're only eating 2500 cals, which is very low unless you're cutting, then you must be fairly small. If you are bulking you will also need to rearange you macronutrient ratios. Carbs should dominate to majority of calories as to spare protein for muscle building. As for training...That is something you must know for yourself. Nobody here knows how to work your body but you. And if you don't know how to train YOUR body then you should not use AS until you figure out how to trian your body.
