Bro, 45 days left before spring break, and I want to shed 5 lbs. of fat and get shredded. Any suggestions? My diet is good, but I just want a quick 5 lbs. off. Any help? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

WHEN I WANT TO SHED FAT FAST I DO CARDIO FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. I KEEP PRTEIN HIGH, MOD CARBS AND LOW FAT DIET. I EAT MOST CARBS FOR BREAKFATS AND RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT. I USE A E/C/Y STACK THAT I GOT THE IDEA FROM RANGER. IT WORKS GREAT. I DO CARDIO 4-6X A WEEK FOR A MINIMUM OF 35MIN. HOPE THIS HELPS M18 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
