I read the post about the best fast food for bulking. Is it possible to eat fast food once a day and still lose weight. I frequently eat at Wendy's and have a single 1/4 lb. burger(no cheese) with fries and a non diet drink. I'm not shooting for contest cuts. I just want to drop from 25% to 15% body fat. I'll be taking some T3 soon as well. | ||

yeah because it might trick your body or shock it, like it is reffered to as. For example the body for life approcah recommends overeating once a week after strict cutting diets (0% cheating!) because this will convince your body that it is not into starvation mode, thus it will not hold on to the fat...it will simply burn it as energy instead. {Peace bro | ||

Well when I'm trying to lean up. I go for grilled chicken breast from McDonalds, with no mayo and with mustard, no fries and water. I also have one cheat day and thats usually sun. I eat all kinds of pizza and burgers. I usually get a good carbo pump from it too. | ||

Wendy's grilled chicken with a bit of ketchup is the bomb, trade the fries for a plain baked potato and youve got a low fat, mid protein, high carb meal. That and a turkey breast or boars head roast beef sub with all veggies, no cheese or mayo, those are my fav. fast food. However, cutting is a matter of dropping bfat%, and dropping bfat% is a matter of remaining in a caloric deficit until you reach your desired level, so keep it to once or twice a week when you overeat. ------------------ | ||

25% is pretty high, I would fuck w/ that menu at all get your fats from CLA or flax |
