When you are on juice, should you train more frequently since you are recovering faster? How many days do you let ur major parts rest before training it again? | ||

I train each body part once a week. I Firmly beleive one needs more recovery time while on NOT less. This is optimal for gains...You only grow while at rest. Training is more intense so it intern requires more rest. ------------------ | ||

Its different for each person. You have to know your body i have tried it both ways, training each part once a week and then training each part twice a week. For me twice a week is more beneficial..I will change it up every couple of months just to keep my workouts interesting.. | ||

When I didn't have a partner I trained on a 5 day rotation. Now with a training partner my workouts are much more intense so each bodypart is getting hit once per week. | ||

You also gotta remember that your immune system is weaker while on gear. You gotta get plenty of rest and sleep to insure u don't make yourself sick from overtraining. | ||

I usually train 5 on / 1 off. Day 1 - Chest Day 6 - Off Day 7 - Start cycle over again at day 1. ------------------ |
