I'm with you on that bro....I claimed 0, do you guys think I should expect about 1/3 of fedreal/state income tax back? I know it's hard to tell with out the exact numbers that I made...but I also have a few thousand on student loan interest to deduct....anyone?

Being I made right around 20 grand this year, and anything under 20 is untaxable (I'm a student) I'm expecting like $3000 or so back. 1000 of that goes to gear, 1000 to me, and 1000 to Charles Schwab.

Actually the more you get back means the more the gov used your money and the opposite. Its nice to receive those deductions and get that return back though, but in reality the less you get back the more money you have to spend thru out the year.
