I am with you thermo...does not do squat for me. NyQuill or Tylenol PM is what I use. Also have a script for clonozapam which helps. I think some people just need more of a kick to get to bed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Melatonin only resets you circadian rythems after you fly through time zones or don't sleep for days. It is not a sleep aid and shouldn't be used for one. If it helps you fall asleep your probably a candidate for CFS syndrom or just plain weird. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

OK, no one is weird, bad choice of words. It does lead me to believe that your awake & asleep time might be different from others. Meaning you might get 3 hours one night & 8 the next, or your a grave shift worker and sleep during the day. The average day worker & night sleeper won't see a benefit from melatonin. It causes your clock to be reset when your brain senses darkness from your eyes, so if you work at night you might have a better response than someone who doesn't. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
