question 1) this will be the first time i am gonna use clen/eca (2weeks on/off).. as far as dosage goes that i read that the common practice is to take one every hour till you get the shakes and go down one tab to determine your daily dosage.. lets say i tolorate 7, so when i start using it, am i gonna take it one every hour, or 2, 3 tabs couple of times a day.. how do you guys take it? (empty stomach? etc) question 2) for the ones used both spiro and oxy. since spiro is expensive, i was planning on using oxyflux, but some say spiro is more expensive but worth it.. what do u guys think? thanks for the responses

i was more of a every two hour guy, usually going through 8 a day. I find oxyflux to be weaker than spiropent. Oxyflux was more of a every hour thing. For me night cramps were a problem (in my feet), i would drink diet tonic water to help control them.

in my experience the clen dehydrated me .. i lost a good 7 pounds of water weight during the two weeks I took them. For me when I'm dehydrated I get small cramps in my feet, not that painful, but annoying. Other people don't cramp as easly as me. There is quinine in tonic water and i drank the diet variety to avoid carbs. Quinine is good to prevent cramps. I don't think there were any other sides besides the shakes .. i stopped taking them around 8pm, and i would go to bed at midnight, no problem.
