I've been keeping one for years. Makes the workouts go smoother and quicker. No guessing on how much weight you used last time versus this time. How was the equipment setup (i.e. seat settings on machines like leg extensions, leg curls, etc...). How many reps were performed. Takes alot of the guess work out. Let's me focus on the task at hand. I also see how much stronger i'm getting each time. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
