I started training seriously 3 years ago. I have done 5 cycles. The first 3 were half ass, low dose uneducated cycles with no clomid. I lost 80% each time. I started at 197lbs 25% bf,15 inch arms and 41 inch chest with a 39 inch waist. I am now 235lbs 18% bf, 17 1/4 arms and 47 inch chest, with a 36 inch waist. I getting ready for my 6th cycle of ara/eq/fina/t3. going for 250lbs at 13% to 15% bf. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Started training when i was 13years old. I was a tooth pick.(LOL, go ahead and laugh,hehe) I can't remember all of my stats, but I remember my arm size. Right when i hit 18years old, I did a cycle of cyp, 200mg/week for 10weeks. My arms size was 14inches. 10weeks later they were 17 and 1/2. I put on around 20pounds( I weighted 180, 8%BF). I hit another cycle a few mon. later, had the same results. I've been clean for a long time(4years), and recently I had back surgery(lost everthing, I put back on naturally. I lost around 20pounds) My current weight is 160 now, and i'm just starting to get back into the gym(and it feels good). I will be back in shape soon, and will post some pics... Well, I started lifting when I was 20 (now 24). I was 6', 170, no clue what chest or arm size. Four cycles later, I am 6'1", 215lbs, 43inch chest, 19in arms, and about to go on a test enan 500mg/d-bol 35mg/eq 400mg cycle in March. What's up AZtallguy, Scottsdale here. | ||

Training over 5 years now seriously. 5'8" currently at about 220lbs at 11.2%bf. Dont know any of muscle measurements cause I dont take them very often...I figure if all looks good in proportion then Im fine. When I started lifting I weighed about 172lbs.

Training seriously for two years now. I'm 1.85 cm tall. Two years ago I weighed 167.2 lbs. At my top I weighed 209 lbs 8% bf,that was four months ago. Have only done one deca only cycle. Currently I'm healing from an injury in my pec, so my stats aren't that good now. I think I look a bit like luvs2juice now (boohoo!!). I have enough juice in my home to kill an elephant waiting for me and I'm anxious to use them!! I hope the I can resume training in about three weeks... ------------------ | ||

started when I was 25 5'6" 127..dont laugh..I was a punk rocker..always clubing no eating well now 37 and only on gear for 2 years..now same height of course but 173 at this moment..would like to get to 180...I rememder saying..just to 140 and Ill be happy..yea right | ||

i started lifting seriously when i read heavy duty 1 when I was a freshman in high school. at the time i was obese, 5'5", 170, about 30% BF. I wrestled in HS so I never gained any weight, however, as a senior I weighed 125@6% and benched 280, a state record. now, I'm 20; started bulking for the first time in my life just 7 monthes ago. (previous to then i was still in my high school wrestling mindset, always watching my calories), I have been up to 185@~15 , I'm like 170 right now (10 off on a diet and 5 from coming off my cycle, a 2weeker where i gained 16lbs). down to approxiametly 11-12 probably,,, still dieting, trying to get down to 8ish. then bulk til summer | ||

Started training with AS at 21, was 6'1" and 190 and very ripped at the time. . .down the road 10 years I am still 6'1" (squatting may have made me shorter), 245 and still very lean. . .I am one that is honest in saying that the training and diet have been the main cause of my increase, but the AS didn't hurt along the way. hehehehehe ------------------ | ||

Well, i played around in high school a lot, but never really got into it. Started training and eating right, on Feb. 1st, 2000. Then i was 5'10", weighed 147, about 6% bodyfat, 29" waist, and i was just a little skinny fucker. 14" arms, 40" chest, 21" thighs, and 15" calves. YIKES! I actually did some Anotesten/Nortesten and Celltech, and gained some weight. Did my first contest that summer as a middleweight, and came in at 166. Did my first "real" cycle this past October, and weighed 179 when i started. Now, after coming off that bulking cycle in December, and going on another cycle, I weigh 203 with about 11% bodyfat. Arms are 18 1/2", chest 47", waist is 32", quads are 25 1/2", calves are now 17 1/4"! So i have grown like a weed in only a year. Now at age 26, and a few cycles later i'm tipping the scales at 257. (actually it was 257-1/4, you guys will understand this) I 've been pretty happy, i've been able to average about ten pounds a yr. ------------------ | ||

Srareted 7 years ago at 5'8 155LBS at like 12%BF. My waist was around 32 inches I don't know what my mesurements were. I am now 5'8 190 wih around 12% Bf. One real cycle under me belt and one half assed one which I pertend did not happen. My arms know are 17 inches and my waist is a 33. | ||

Started at 15, now 30. At 15 about 145 or so, bench was around 155. At 30, 215lbs., 19"arms, bench 460lbs.(just recently) Bodyfat could be better, its around 16, would like it 10. I started at 12, and was serious! My dad was a personal trainer, we had(he still does) a gym in our home better equiped than most gyms, which he trained me in 4 days per week for 6 years until I moved out. I dont remember how small/weak I was, but benched 425 in HS with a 570 squat at 17 years old, all natural. Now, 22, juiced, 280 right now, 15% BF, 5'10, 20.5" arms, 39"waist(too big) but I am getting ready to cut up. |
