Excellent point BigJay, which I think is often forgotten on this board. I think you should keep a copy of that one and paste it onto a thread next time the �250mg/wk sus is fine� vs �250mg/wk sus is a waste of time� argument kicks off (by the way, we must be due for one soon?). Everyone needs to realise that some people are happy, for what ever reason, for minimal, subtle gains, just to get them over a platow or what ever, whilst others want to go full bore and add 30-40 lbs in a couple of months.
