My Father's side of the family has hairloss (MPB) but my Mothers side does not. Is their any way of me to know which side I got. I look like my Father but In genetics like height I have my mothers side as they are tall and my father is short and I have my mothers eye color. Is their any way of knowing if I have my mothers hair or fathers hair from some of this information I gave.I have done a few cycles but was using everything I can to stop hairloss. It looks like I lost a little but maybe I did'nt because I am very paranoid about losing my hair and am constantly checking everytime I go in the mirror.

Dude, it is really hard to tell. My parents both had great hair. Mine was always fine but good but began thinning about 2 yrs ago. My heavier cycling began about that time and I have noticed more hair loss. MPB is not inherent in my family. When it starts to go the shorter it is the better it looks.....at least on me.

Take a good look at your scalp, do you see any signs of thinnig? For most people the hairloss process is slow, if you see thinning parts in your scalp then you're prone to hairloss. This isn't a difinite sign, everyones hairloss starts at a different age, and at a different speed, but if you have no sings of thinning then there's a good chance that you're ok.(that's if you're not a juvenile)
