I have been on my cycle of 400mg Deca + 500 SUS for 1 1/2 weeks and I don't feel like I'm getting any stronger. My legs are not recovering from Squats, which I only do 2x a week. I'm eating so much food I feel like I'm going to explode and I'm sleeping longer hours. My source has one of the best reputations out there. What gives! For one, you don't need to do squats twice a week anyway, that's hard as hell on your body man. But that's just my opinion. I prefer leg press, as it is much easier on my back and it seems to actually work my legs better than squats. But back to your question, it really does take until about 20 days into the cycle before you even begin to notice muscle growth, although strength gains came as early as about 4 days for me. I noticed fuller, thicker muscles about 2 days after my 3rd shot, and I was only doing 400mg Deca, or to be specific a little over 2cc of Norandren 200 per shot. Unless you have the time and money to spend on all that extra food, juice, anti-estrogens, and protein shakes, you're pissing in the wind if you do any more than about 400mg test a week. But once again, that's my opinion. You may make great gains, but you're fucking yourself up worse than you might think. It only takes so much to force your muscles to respond and grow, the rest is up to you. Some people think the more juice they do, the less they have to work out and stay dedicated. WRONG. Do less juice and live healthier. Stay focused and keep your priorities straight, cause if you don't, you'll just end up stressed out cause you spent too much time on yourself. Stress does not mix with juice. It's like taking shots of Cortisone bro. Anyway, I've blabbed enough, just make sure you get some Clomid to keep your nuts happy if you insist on doing that much juice. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

First of all you're overtraining with the squats. Once a week max. Squats inflict deep damage on several muscle groups throughout the body...It takes a lot of time to heal this damage. I am 8 days into a cycle and am up 8-9 pounds ...though I do not feel that it is fromthe sust that i am taking, I feel the weight gain is from tha huge amount of protien that i am injesting,and the revovit B the sust should take 2 weeks at least for me to feel anything...every cycle thati have done it takes 14-20 days to feel the switch get turned on. This is only the third time that i have had a sudden and dramatic weight gain...And everyone of those I have kept a huge percentage of the total cycle gains. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
