a couple of my buddies are doing first cycle,sus&DECA.THINKING ABOUT JOINING THEM.THEY ARE QUITE SMALLER BOTH IN HEIGHT&WEIGHT IM 6.3 &240 BUT BODYFAT IS UP THERE BOUT 20%.HEAR DIFFERENT THINGS FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE.MOST SAYITS OK ILLBURN SOME FAT OTHERS SAY ILL BLOW UP.OF COURSE MOST OF MY EXCESS IS IN THE MID SECTION(i eat like a pig) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

why dont you do a cutting cycle? clenbuterol, eca, winny, fina, lots of time in the gym and plenty of post workout cardio. its better to get cut before you start bulking. almost everyone looks like shit on a heavy bulking cycle but at %20 you are going to be one fat fuck. learn to eat right, its by far the hardest part of being a bodybuilder but also the most rewarding. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

at this bf presantage you definatly need to lean some before thinking on doing that kind of cyc. try as been said to cutt up do a lot of cardio stop change you diet and eating habbits. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I am in the same position as you 6'3" 235lbs 18%-20% (which is alot figuring at that weight 20% is 45lbs) currently have some sustanon 250 and am working on getting some weight off first with some Meridia. Got 50 15mg and am doing 1 or 2 per day for 3 or 4 weeks then gonna do my cycle. After my cycle some DNP should blow the last of the fat away ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I was in the same boat and I did a sust/deca cycle and managed to lean out a bit and put on a fair amount of muscle. I went with a bulking cycle first to get enough muscle to go on a strict diet and lose it all and get discouraged. I put on some good muscle and on a primo bridge now while dieting. I got good results but if you're going to eat garbage don't do it. If you're going to go at it with 120% then go for it. You'll like the results. If you're going to eat crap and not train sick hard then don't do it. It's all up to you. all I can say is you'll be very happy with your results if you do it.
