I have lost 8% in 10 weeks so I would have to say the most I lost was 3.2% in a month. ------------------

It's not rocket science...plenty of protein, and a caloric deficit each day(either 500 calories or 15% of your normal dietary intake that day, whichever is lower). Hit the weights hard, cardio is optional.

Don't be lazy, do cardio every day. Just walk at a good pace for at least 30 minutes preferably two or three times per day. This way you can keep your muscle and drop the fat. It worked great for me.

I think a great point was brought up by Dexx in another post and one that will not fit the equation. As your body gets ready for a contest the natural reaction is to shed bodyfat quickly as your body becomes a furnace. However once you get below I would say 6 % it slows down and is much harder to do as its adefense mechnism. I therefor do agree that 3-4% per month from 14% down to 8 but after that its much tougher. Thats why folks like me who start at 8% and diet down do it over 14 weeks so that its a slow process and valuable muscle is not lost

There are three options you could follow: 1. Follow a normal high-carb diet with only a 15% reduction in calories. Max fat loss per month: -8.0lbs Add Ephedrine or Clen+T3 Max fat loss per month becomes: -12.0lbs 2. Follow a Ketogenic diet w/ the addition of ephedrine/Clen+T3(to combat hunger) Max fat loss per month: -16.0lbs 3. Absolute maximum deting fat loss approach: - DNP Week 1 at 8mg/Kg and Week 3 at 8mg/Kg -Isometric diet -Ephedrine/Clen+T3 throughout the 4 weeks Max fat loss per month: -30.0lbs Godspeed |
