Stats please. Here's my honest opinion. You look great...You need more size. Great foundation and you know how to get lean so some more mass and you will have a top notch ohysique. Everything is in proportion and symetrical and your cuts are fantastic. I would put some more size on. Do what ever your doing...just do it bigger. Good work bro.

My heigt is 185cm, weight on picture is about 82kg (1kg=0,45pound). The picture is from the last time I competed, I've gained about 15 pound since that...

I think you look great bro...as far as what to improve..I would say more width than anything else...not so much size because your physique is pleasing to the eye as is..but a little more width is the shoulders coupled with you small midsection would look great

Looks great bro. You've got the cutting down to a science. Your physique appears very similar to mine and for a while there I was trying to compete at just under 6' at 176 lbs and looked good but didn't have enough width/thickness to compete in bigger shows until I changed my supplementation and diet. Now, 18 months later, I diet down and compete at 200 lbs and am much more competetive. Hopefully, by year end, I can compete as a legit heavyweight at around 215-224 lbs ripped. I would suggest working on your width/thickness which typically means......eat like there is no tomorrow and lift heavy during the off season.

Great cuts and legs. Nice symetry though more size in lats, arms, and upper body would help a great deal. You have great foundation that looks like it will be easy to add to. Keep up your hard work it shows.

Stay Flexed

You are fucking ripped to hell. Good size, I am sure the pics don't give you justice.

However, you are extremly lean. I am sure your diet is scarce now, i say up your protien alot, up the carbs then do a cycle of Test plus some Deca or Eq. Add some Dbol maybe. However you are more ripped than i have ever been in my life, i don't mind the smooth look though.

Looking great bro.

Good definition and everything else seems to be well balanced. The only thing I could say is pack on some more mass.
Keep up the good work and keep us up to date.
