For a natural BB, like myself, I consider a 5lb increase on each excersise every month and a half or so real good. Thats 30lbs per year. Is this unrealistic for natural, or is it more along the lines of someone on AS?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I have been training for over 10 years. Im 30 yrs old 6' 190lb. To give you an idea of some of my typical lifts. Dbl Inc Presses: 100's 15 reps As I have stated, I've been training for some time all natural. Im at a major plateau now and have upped my protien to about 280g a day. Currently I am trying lower reps 6-8 for 2 weeks with the third week taking 25-30% off my wieght used for the 2 heavy weeks and trying 12-15 reps for 1 week then going back heavy the following week, but adding 5lbs to all my lifts. Is this too much ? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
