I've heard a long time ago someone saying that ephedrin works as an anti-catabolic. I've also heard the opposite, that it is catabolic, but not much. Please help me clear this up. Catabolic or not?

Do you mean Ephedrine? I don't belive that it has any anti-catabolic properties, but it's a great fat-burner.

Both ephedrine and clenbuterol are beta-agonists and both are anti-catabolics.That's a fact and shouldn't be any more speculations about it.

Ephedrine is in the group of sympathomimetics, meaning it produces heat in the body(thermogenesis)....This is what helps with the reduction in fat....clen is basically a beta-2 symphatomimetic, and is anti-catabolic in it's effect....as you can see, they are both in the same group....ephedrine does have some minimal degree of anti-catabolism....Later

Hey, give the guy a break. He came close to spelling it right in his post. Left out the "e" though. :-)
