I'm just curious as to what you guys' goals are in regard to physique development. From the list below, which one comes closest to your "ideal" build, the body that you would like to someday have and are working towards... A) Dorian Yates B) Bill Phillips (be objective) C) Arnold back in the 1980 Mr. O (i.e. Pumping Iron) D) A Men's Health cover model E) Frank Zane back in the late 70's F) Brad Pitt in Fight Club (if you haven't seen it, he's not that big, but SHREDDED) G) Leonardo 'di Caprio I might get flamed for this, but I'd go with the Men's Health model, if only for the fact that I think chicks love that look. C. Arnold---I like how his arms were enourmous, his legs were big, but not freakishly big. Girls are scared by Yates size people, but many think arnold is sexy. and I wouldn't exaclty call Brad Pitt shredded. ------------------ | ||
