I just read a post on the subject. I don't know anything about the cycling of carbs as has been described to increase LBM, however I have seen it used to cut up. My .02 is that it is possible (according to caliper measurements) to increase LBM while gaining weight because I did it. Back in Sept I weighed in at 250 with a b/f% of 14.7. Two weeks I had another analysis done that showed an increase in bodyweight with a caliper proven drop in bodyfat. The numbers were 261 with a b/f% of 10.6. So boys you can have you cake and eat it too. If all goes well, I am considering hitting a show at 4% with a bodyweight of over 240, in early April. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hold on a minute. By those numbers your lean body mass went from 213 lbs to 233 lbs in TWO WEEKS????? Sorry, but I don't care what you're on, I seriously doubt anyone can put on 20 lbs of muscle in two weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I just read your post again. Do you mean you had your second test two weeks AGO (ie mid january)? that seems more likely. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
