I don't know about most of the pussy bands, but there is one guy in that 98 Degrees(or whatever) group that has to be on gear. I have seen about four or five of their videos on TRL(MTV) while I was waiting to see Brittney Spears dance around half naked. Anyways, one of the guys in that group will be pretty large(large for a pretty-boy pop star) in one video, and then in the very next one he will be about 15 or 20lbs smaller. Then on the next video he is big again. Maybe I am falsly accusing here, but the changes in body size are a bit extreme if you ask me. I think the faggot juices, but I guess it's really no big deal anyway huh. I just thought I'd throw that in there since ya'll were talking about Ricky martin ------------------ | ||

I agree that this is a chat board thread. I thought I could let it go and float to the bottom but I can't. Not only do I say who cares what he benches, I say who cares what I bench. I wouldn't care if I could only bench 135 (my best is 290) if I looked good. I do not get paid by how much I lift. My payments come from the mirror and how I look. Now sure, power lifters and such care about weight. But I am not one of them. Yes I want to get to the magical 3 plates (315) after that I really don't give a shit. I think it just frustrates some of us that we have to bust our asses to develop something that women would want while some people are lucky enough to be born with great looks and don't have to do anything to acquire women and popularity. It's only human nature to resent those that have it easier than you do. Why does everybody hate Bill Gates? Same principle. Hell, I'm guilty of it. Chicks never gave a damn about me until I started busting my ass in the gym, but that took lots of hard work...still does. So it's going to be hard for me to automatically like the guy who is as strong as, or looks as good as me with little or no work. The high school kid who busts his ass working minimum wage to buy a used pick-up will always resent the kid who's Dad bought him a new sports car...the 1st kid may even like the 2nd one, but he cannot keep from being pissed off about it. I will tell you exactly what is wrong with being resentful and hating someone for what they have. This comes down to basic human nature that makes this world such an ugly place to live. Everywhere you look, there are people who hate others for no good reason. Examples: Muslim radicals hate jews and anyone else who thinks differently. Muslims see that Israel controls Jerusalem. So what do they do because they are jealous? Terrorism. The United States is viewed with jealousy by dozens of countries. Why? Because we are the richest nation and have the ability to envoke our collective wills on the rest of the world. Because of this, many people from other countries hate Americans because we are "pompous and full of ourselves". But as an American, you know that you likely worked very hard in school and your job to get where you are today. It's not our fault that people in poor countries don't know when to stop having kids. Too many people living in an economy that can't support them lowers the standard of living for everyone. Then there are the people like members of the KKK who have lynched others because they felt threatened by them for whatever reason however insignificant. My dad owned a corvette stingray back in the 70's. He sold the car because he was tired of repairing all of the damage caused by vandals who were jealous. And my dad was not a rich man....he worked extremely hard to own that head-turning car of the day. Ignorance and low self-esteem are the single largest factors for all of the hate and conflict in the world. It is because of jealous attitudes like yours that keep us fighting and hurting one another. | ||
