I will have pics of tri, bi, chest, delt, and calf injections on my site soon. If you want to inject in the tricep then inject in the meaty part of the outer head. The inner head is closer to nerves. | ||

Agreed with 2thick. The best way I have found is for the outer head is sicking the needle, running from the top of the head, down towards the bottom (IE not directly in like with glutes), into the gap between the read/side delt head tie-in to the forming buldge of the outer heads. If you keep your arm relaxed, and have sufficient delt/tri size, you will see this spot...it's the indention piont. I also personally have put 3cc's into the inner head (additional 3 in the outer head as well) without many problems, but I have had extreme pain once from it...nerve possibly. | ||

I would recommend the inner/upper bicep area. That is a spot that has worked without trouble but avoid needles over 1/2". | ||

Once again, agreed with 2Thick. 2Thick, is this to say that I'm not the only one of the board with a lot of experience with site enhancement injections??? LoL. I have begun to split up my injection piont for the bi's, but to get used to it, stick to the upper inner portion of the bi. Once you get more experienced and the pain starts to go away, you can split up injections. For instance, I did 2 CC in the upper inner area, and then another cc in the lower area of the bicep to give me a huge fullness throughout. Just prepare to get massive stares once y ou start packing on the inches of arm size. I know when I went up 3 inches, I was getting at least 3-4 girls a day asking to squeeze my arms...I think this is the single best reason to site inject | ||

I've had that problem, but due to improper knowledge of injection at the time. Once you understand getting it under the muscle, as oppossed to on top of the muscle...results will likely be very good. I have not had any "Lumpiness" or "Unevenness" since I have been injecting properly. | ||

just did 1cc of fina in my left bucep in the upper outer portion because thats where i need some size to even up my biceps. went in about 3/4 of an inch. it hurts a bit but i feel fine. ------------------ "I used to be a diabetic 'till i kicked it." I will be glad to send you information on site injection from a very reliable source; who is the master on the subject. He wrote a book on the subject and even did a film on it too. Though the film can not be resold here in the USA due to its contents. Cheers | |---| | | ||

So do u guys see good size from injecting into the thigh? Never done anything but the glutes, i'm very interested in this subject! Would like to try it in the arms too! |
