I will starting my first cycle monday,I will be doing 300mg of deca a week,and 250mg of sustanon a week,for 10 weeks.Would it be better to inject them both on the same day or space them out a few days apart?

Same day is fine. Mix some of the deca with the sust if the injections hurt alot.

Yea, same day is fine. It's easier to remember also.

just out of curiosity, why the low doses?
I think it has been mentioned on here before, sust at 250/wk won't do much, and you could debate over the deca.
I personally (since it is what I'm doing) and I'm sure others since I formed my opinion form reading on here - would do 400 deca and at least 500 sust.
unless you are a woman of course - but "Road Dog" doesn't sound very lady like.
