I know Sus has been known to be a little painful. So, if I want to make the shot with as little pain as possible, should I fill the syringe up with the Sus or EQ first?

This is a rather foolish question, but here goes... It doesn't matter which order you suck up Eq and Sust in the syringe, as long as you get them both in there to reduce the pain of the Sust. So Yes, add Eq with the Sust.
