my friend is in week 7 of his test,dbol cycle, and he is bloated like a muthafucka. Im about to do the same cycle and he looks pretty fuckin fat. Especially his face. He doesnt care though, but i do. I know im gonna bloat, but is there anyway to help me lose some water?? can you name some other steroids and non-steroids that can help me lose some water? Or if you got tips or tricks can you let me know?     | ||

squat, you could always take some Nolvadex (anti-estrogen) throughout the cycle. This will help prevent your chances of getting gyno, and it will keep your bloating and water retention down. It is said to hinder your gains a little though, not too much...also, you can try running clomid throughout your cycle, but nolva will do more. | ||

Limit your dbol to 5 weeks. Maybe just do dbol for the first few weeks and stack it with some deca/test, or primo/test, or EQ/test. ------------------ | ||

Suck it up and deal with it. It will go away. It does look awfull and it certainly feels quite uncomfortable but it is a neccessary evil. Like I said it will go away so I wouldn't worry about it. The use of anti estogens will help to reduce edema, but I just see it as an added cost to the cycle. Nolvadex did very little in combating edema for me and the best option, armidex, is rather expensive. Why spend the money when the bloat will go away. It doesn't feel good nor does it look good but with clothing on you feel like one big mofo. ------------------ | ||
