When i am on cycle, i get fucking bloated and always gain a around 1-2% bodyfat even if i keep my fat at 20% of my diet and all the fat coming from good oils. The water makes it even worse. I do have good symmetry though. But i have a friend that eats twice as much as i do... Seriously like 10,000 calories. Like 5 packs of biscuits that are 900 cals each. Its insane and he never gets bloated, and is always hard. Why cant this be me? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

keeping your fat intake at 20 % doesn't mean much. You can get fat eating too many carbs or protein also (although it is harder for the body to convert protein to fat). Every calorie you eat TOO MUCH will get you fat. As for your friend: if he takes 10000 calories a day and still has that hard look, forget genetics, he is on to something. Could it be Ox?
