I am sure that you will be obtaining the VITAMINS AND HERBS from the same place I go. Once you get the vitamins and herbs instructions will follow on how to make whatever dose you want depending on what herb you have obtained. I am not a wiz in math but once you get it figuring it out is easy. AJC, you have any problems just e-mail me. | ||

Once you get your herbs you will get all the instructions needed to make whatever dose you want for that specific herb inside the capsules or using a litre of 'Propylene Glycol'. | ||

ajc, the Cap-m-quik makes 50 at a time. That's what he meant about you can figure out how much of your raw materials to use.
