OK, check it. I'm about to go into the third month of my cycle which includes 400 mg Primo/week and Winny 50 ED. I'm gonna hit the DNP as well. Now my question is for those of you looking to harden up as much as possible, do you change your rep and set schemes. I find optimal muscle growth around 3 sets per exercise at 7-9 reps. Now I was thinking of going 12 - 15 or 15- 20 in the last month of training to harden up and tone. What can you tell me? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Funny pic...LMAO! I am trying to cut or harden up right now, and I change my reps from 5-10 to 10-15. I feel that it tones the muscles up a bit more. I have read where some on the board do 15-25 reps per set. I think that everyones body is different, so you just have to find what works best for you. Just try experimenting a little, and see what happens. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Dude, I feel I built my body up with heavy weight and low reps. So, when I diet for a show I change nothing. My goal is to always keep training with the same weights. So, as the calories come down I try to keep my same weights up. I was hard as hell with only 50mg of winny twice a week and 100mg of deca a week. It's all in the diet and cardio. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
