If you can handle the taste of the stuff, then just drink it. It is somewhat more cost effective than the tabs. The tabs are just more convenient. ------------------ | ||

I experimented with that shit once and injected....Bad Idea. Worse swelling I have ever seen. Looked like the elphant man disease hit my ass. stood like that for a week, and I was in pain. Never inject it, just swallow. ------------------
