Ok for the last three days I've had a continuous cramp in my right side. Coincidentally it started about the same time I started the DNP. Do you think it has anything to do with the DNP? I had experienced this same type of cramp a couple weeks back but it only last about a day or two and I was on fina at the time.     | ||

I am on DNP right my 9th day and have had no cramps....I have been taking 30 grams of creatine a day too...but i have been drinking 2 gallons of water a day...before I had cramps on dnp when i drunk less water.... | ||

Maybe its trapped gas. I got terrible gas when i used it. |
