i have posted this with no responces. please help me out. has anyone done gear while on a keto diet?

Why would you want to do a keto diet while f*kn' with gas? Time to grow... not cut!

Well Hass!

The reason you do a keto with gear is to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

I have done a keto with gear before and in fact am doing just that now!

I would NOT do a keto diet unless I was on gear at the time...
