How does this look for a frist cycle with goals being semi bulking, gain with minimal fat gain and possibly loss. Current stats 5'10 193 estimated bodyfat 12%(had 15 but thats way high I realise, got pretty decent abs) but pure guess. Cannot afford to truely bulk want to add around 15 pounds of muscle and loose 5 pounds of fat to be a good solid 200, modest goals but need help with diet to do this i know very little about diet eccept bulk and cut. hmm- 1)diet/nutrition 2) training 3)rest 4)supplements, 5)juice. No flame- but you need to learn to diet right first. That shoulda been acomplished long ago bro. You should think about not juicin and just dial in your diet for about 6mos and I bet you would hit around 200, THEN juice! Go to 220 from there! I agree with WC,you don't even know what are you talking about.You want to gain 15lb.of lean muscles and loose 5lb.of fat and you call it modest goal? Hm,get your bodyfat to 12% first,do regular bulking and then cutting cycles,make sure that in both cases you pay more attention to diet and training then to steroids,then we'll see what happens. | ||

What I meant my th diet part is I know how to bulk and cut but was not sure if I should use a low carb/high protien/high fat diet or a mod card/high protien/mod fat in order to achieve this goal. They way in which I get my food is out of my hand as it must all be bought from either fast food store of a sub shop as my trips to the grocers are rare being at college with no car and all so my main control is over macronutrients. Do not treat me as if I am stupid. I am not naturall very big and the size I have now is rather decent for me. AND YES I do see those golas as modest very modest in fact, being a first cycle with that much winny and a decent amout of test for a gear virgin I think with proper training those goals are not lofty at all. I like test best. I would forget the omna and just do t200 @ 800 or more a week. Add some deca in there too @ 400. run em for 8 weeks. You could put on 15 pounds. I would go for the gains first and foremost. Dieting and cardio will help you lose the fat afterwards. I used sust @ 250 every 5 days for 7 weeks and deca @ 300 per week for 8 weeks on my first cycle. I gained 25, kept 20. | ||

I have to agree that the goals are reasonable. Gaining 15 lbs. of LBM and losing 5 lbs. of fat is completely feasible over the course of 10 weeks. You may find that your results will be better if you split the cycle into two distinct halves. For example, bulk for the first 6 weeks, then diet the remaining four. ------------------ |
