Hey goldenone yeah I go to the lifters club. All you guys in the Tri-cities area, Duane Crawford owns a good hard-core gym in Kingsport, I'm not sure of the name of it right off the top of my head, I will find out thou. Flexed, there are some good gyms in the Nashville area, I'll try to get some of the names. ------------------ | ||

Punisher, there used to be a Gold's in Sevierville. Actually it is still there but under a different name now. Check the yellow pages.......there are only 2 or 3 gyms in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville area. If you don't like those then your next stop is Knoxville. | ||
