I have 2 bottles of Brovel Test200. I am going to use it in a 6 week cycle. What would be my best bet for keeping the weight that I will gain?     | ||

I would start HCG @ 5000 i.u and clomid@ 100 mgs. a day,After being off two weeks exactly to the day(three weeks after your last shot).Hit the HCG on the first day,and the 7th day @ 5000 i.u. each time Then don't take HCG anymore. Start clomid on the same day you take your first HCG shot.Take 100 mgs.every day for three weeks,Then 50 mgs.a day,for 1-2 weeks after. Start the Nolvadex the same day also,as you do your HCG and clomid.It will help prevent any possibility of you getting gyno from the HCG.Take that for 2 weeks every day,@ 1 tab a day Then you won't need that anymore,as long as you don't use the HCG anymore.Personally,this works the best for ME.I'm sure you'll find differing opinions as to the use of HCG and clomid from others. The best advice I can give you is to research this EXTENSIVELY,then decide.My decision to use these drugs in this manner came from an Endocrinologist friend of mine,who also juices,and uses these this way. Except,he likes to hit 5000 i.u. of HCG every 5 days,for the first two weeks.I myself,have used 10,000 i.u. over a period of 2 weeks in the past,and it worked wonders. The only difference is,If you get the HCG,that comes in the amps,that is 10,000 i.u. per shot,I would only take that one hit on day one,then be done.I would also take 2 Nolvadex a day for that first week also,as compared to one Hope this helps ------------------ | ||

Allright perfect rep... whatever. We have been on more probations for kicking the crap out of every house on campus... in fact we are on suspension right now because of an incidient. Nothing personal but I garuntee if there were theta chi's on this campus, they would be picking up the scraps with the rest of the chumps here. Our chapter is one of the most notorious of any Sigma Chi chapter in the world... i'm sure sigchipimp has heard of us no matter where his chapter is. Now, due to an unfortunate incident we recently made national news too and are probably one of the most notorious fraternity houses period. This is not a personal attack in anyway... your theta chi chapter may be badasses on your campus but here, we reign supreme. E | ||

Train your ass off and eat eat eat! Most of AS retention is genetic, but if you lift your f***king ass off you might hold it for another month or two. Most guys just fire their shit, gain their water weight and then loose it quickly. Use Van/sulf, and creatine when you eat your masses of meals and pray you have a ton of receptor sites! | ||

Certs I think my money for dues goes to our humongous house and our volleyball court,b-ball court,swimming pool, umm bag of donuts playing, third eye blind, and shit like that. I don't know about southern mississippi Mrteenno but the sig eps here are easily the biggest pussies on campus. Our last run in with them there were 11 of us and they had a house of about 31 guys there... we kicked in their windows and were calling them out into the street and half the pussies ran to their rooms and the other half ran out the back and bolted. Hey E, yea I am Sigma Chi legacy for 2 generations, I think I know more about sigma chi than alot of its members because of my dad and because of how awesome it seemed to me when growing up, and its ideals like the jordan standard are really good, its just that the chapter here is really not all that great, even though I am friends with some of them they really dont have the kind of members in which I can relate to. I understand bro... we get a lot of legacies from other houses to this one because of the same reason. Every campus has its house that establishes itself as king. I have visited house where guys have talked shit and I have been fired up to kick some ass but the guys there just aren't the same as here. I spent a night hanging out at a bar in vegas where the SAE's and the Sig's all joked around giving each other their grips and saying each others slogan to each other. An SAE said "in hoc" to me and I knocked him on his ass, spit on him and said "phi alpha bitch". i guess that doesnt go over all that well there  where as here it would be commonplace if that happened.E [This message has been edited by E (edited January 25, 2001).] | ||
