I had been training for approximately 3 years, going from 65kg to about 84kg. With an extremely fast metabolism, this gave the definition and muscle I desired. Please not that I don't want to be huge - just content. I contracted Glandular Fever and within 3 months weighed on 60kg. It has been 3 years since then - diets, training etc (all recommended by doctors). I now weigh 72kg and have done for some time. I am considering an 8-10 week course of SUST250 (only), purely as a weight gain programme couple with my usual weights routine. I see little CONS with this idea and many PROS. As I said - I don't want to get huge - just back where I was. Suggestions?

your going to get many different cycles advised to you but I suggest using the sust at 500mgs and jump starting your cycle with a little dbol.20mgs a day.I say start with dbol simply because it's hard to wait four weeks for the sust to kick in and start seeing results, especially for an eager beginner.

i agree with az you wont be able to wait for the sust to kick in and the dbol is just a great-great drug for strength and mass.

Thanks Guys. The thing is, I not restricted by time - nor am I going to bust my arse on the bench any more than I do now. I am just looking to get those few extra kilos back on, because I can't do it with either shit food or good food - with or without training. I should also note that I am fairly cut, no fat (calipers couldn't clasp, but 6'2". As you could image fairly thin in the legs. If I have to wait for the SUST to kick in will it matter? Quickly think from my point of view - illness, weight loss, no gain. I am just looking for an effective way to get my weight back and what better way then as muscle.

250mg/wk of sust will do almost nothing for you. Take 500mg/wk sust with 400mg/wk of deca and start with the 30mg/day of dbol. Be sure and get clomid and take 100mg/day for 2 weeks when you are finished.
