I have been on this board for about 2 months now and at first thought I had a pretty decent cycle for myself. Nothing to get me to big, just to put on around 10 pounds of muscle. But after some research and alot of reading on this board I decided I might as well up the doses a little bit and go along with your guy's advice. Also decided if I am doing this I might as well make it worth my while. So I will show my original cycle along with my new cycle. Here are some stats. I have only taken one cycle before, one bottle of deca 200 (10 ml) over about 7 weeks. put on 5 lbs of muscle while reducing body fat, so I was happy, that was 1 year ago. Right now I am 5 11 220lbs and about 15-17% bf, 24 years old. I want to lose about 10 more lbs before I start the cycle in about 5 weeks. That way I can eat more calories and fat and not get to fat. The main reason I decided to up it was because everyone says it takes 5 wks for the sus to kick in. This will probalbly be my last cycle because I will be big enough for my taste and I will just work on getting my body fat down. Thanks for your input. please tell me if my expectations are justified. PS. I have a slow metabolism so keeping gains are not a problem here is what I have 1 5 ml bottle of ttokkyo sus and one 10 ml bottle of ttokkyo deca 300 and 3 sus ampules, 30 clomid pills
new and improved cycle will plan on taking in around 300 to 350 grams protein/day and doing cardio around 3 times a week for 30 minutes. | ||

A sust deca cycle is an exellent one. I would throw in some d-bol to attain your goals and kick your sust up to 750mgs/week at your size. Deca looks good. | ||

Improvements have been made but in my opinion your new upadated cycle is too light as well. I would up the test to at least 500 a week. Like you said in your post if you're going to do it you might as well make it worth your while. With proper diet you can gain around 20 pounds of muscle mass if you up the test to 500 a week. Sounds like you worried about blowing up too much but 20 pounds won;t look like 20 pounds when you get there and see it. ------------------ | ||

Not really worried about blowing up, just don't know if the side effects risk gyno, liver damage etc.(albeit a really low risk) are worth it, for what I want out of it. | ||

The difference in side effects between 250 and 500 are non existant...perhaps a bit more water retention. If you're going to get gyno(if you prone to it) you will get it the same on 250 as you will 500. I have found, as well as others, that the sides fromm 500 to 1000 are the same as well, which are quite minimal. I hold a lot of water, thats it. Gyno is a very geneticly predisposed condition. If you are going to get it you are going to get it be it at 250 or 500. ------------------ |
