Yea sorry bout that from what i have read in test mag 1000mgs per week for 4 weeks one week off 3 on. I am not sure about the precise amount of nolvadex to take they never mentioned it They jst talk bout clomid but I didnt think that was also used for this pourpose. Just for returning normal t- levels
