I have heard about these but am unable to find them. I am constanly petrified about crushing the amps in my hand as I try to open them, it has happenend before and boy does it suck. I went to look for file but all I could find is big ones for tool sharpening, if anyone could let me know where they find the small ones I would really appreciate it, thanks rocko ------------------     | ||

Try Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc. in the beauty section. You'll find small metal files there. ------------------ | ||

Just get the fingernail files in any cosmetic section. Really though I never use them anymore. Just make sure you are putting all the pressure on the top part of the amp, and it will snap off | ||

hey rocko email me I have a package of them. they come with the inserts of ampules maily from Sicomed Labs Romania because there necks are unscored. They are very small. looks like a tiny saw. they work great, no more broken glass | ||

You can even use a hunting knife or a sharp knife also.Years ago I used one of those old style Rambo knives.Worked like a charm.Hold the knife and rub the amp across the blade.Watch those fingers though ------------------ | ||

Don't file all the way through or you'll be injecting tiny glass shards... I have found that all you need to do is put the file a large marker top and place a smaller pin top over it and break it. -Stew | ||
