last summer a first timer freind of mine did 200mg deca per week for 6 weeks and gained like 6lbs lean body mass .so if you do 200 per week for three weeks you might gain like 3 pounds.you should really get enough to do at least 300mg per week for at least six weeks.100mg per week would be a waste ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
