Hey bro's what's up...thanks for reading my message. Anyway's i'll get to the point. last year i was 7% body fat and weight a little over 200lbs..(at 17 years old)..this winter i've bulked up big time to 250lbs... I'm done with my cycle the middle of march. how long do u think i should wait until i start cutting..I was thinking after my last sostenon shot..take clomids for 2 weeks..than start up on clenbuterol (5tabs eod)..what did u think..after 2 weeks of clen..than go to the atkin's diet (no carb..)..for 2weeks..(with the weekend's as breaks)..than go on clenbuterol agian for 2 weeks..5 eod..do u think this will be enought to cut meup? should i wait longer than 2weeks after my shot to start cutting?.. I'm going to be doing alot of walking and supersets in order to retain mass..screw running and all that shit just to let u know.. let me know what u think..thanks.. | ||

or what do u guy's think about taking clen the last 2 weeks of my cycle..to soon?..should i let my body get used to it's enormous..hippo like size and bloat..and strenght...lol...what's your thoughts on this? | ||

i two weeks should be fine. additionally, clen won't catabolize shit , when i took it, during a trial period, i got stronger due to slight thermogenic affects, and lost 5 pounds over 3 weeks. also, i'd keep some carbs. what's more important than what you eat during your cutting diet, is the number of calories you consume, and keeping them below what you need. | ||

additionally, don't take clen every other day, there is no point. it takes clen 4 days to get out of your system. so if your point is cleaning your receptors off, you need at least a 4-5 day break between clen loads. I went 3 weeks straight, after 18 days thermogenic affects subside, and measure your body temp, when it starts to drop, that's when you should stop taking it for a week or two. some people suggest 1 week on 1 week off, or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. not every other day. i took about 120-150 mcg's /day(broken up over several doses), and noticed no sides, except a little jitters, and a heart rate of 85-90 resting at times. certainly nothing bad. i'd suggest 2 weeks on, 1 week off, etc. that way, you keep the thermogenisis going. 6 weeks may be enough time, if you hit it hard, but to keep the muscle, you'll only be able to lose a pound a week or so. so 6-10 lbs maybe? that enough for you? you decide. later | ||
