I have a very slim body with muscles. I have used several cycles but nothing have been really good to me. I loos hair of dianabol. I turn so red of testesterone. I get really sick of stanozolol(fever). Every gain I maid from a cycle I always seem to loose again. I don't wanna get really big but I need to gain about 10 kg. I have a lightning fast metabolism, so I usally burn everything. Any suggestions? Nothing so far have really worked for me.

How is your training, eating and sleeping? That can make a huge difference in the quality and quantity of gains made with any cycle. What kind of dosages were used and what brands of AS were used in the past? I know a lot of people who do not use the AS properly and do not train, eat or sleep correclty and make no gains whatsoever!

More info and I can help...

Look man I hope you dont take this as a slam but here goes. I train people all the time and I hear that same response everytime. "I eat like hell but I never gain weight" Its real simple math. Your body needs X amount of calories to maintain itself under your normal everyday routine. If you take in more calories than X you will gain weight if you take in less you will lose. Its not rocket science just simple 3rd grade math. Like I said its not a slam just a fresh point of view. I agree with Bio... 10lbs is very doable off of creatine and Meal Replacements. Stick to that. No side effects and gains are there as long as you can maintain them.

I've been there. The hardest part about being a hardgainer is forcing yourself to eat enough food. You can kill yourself in the gym all you want, but then you have to turn around and stuff yourself with grub 6-10 times a day. Steroids won't make your metabolism slower, so you have to get your diet right.

not to sound like a broken record brother- diet is numero uno! Get your diet right. Hit up some deca/EQ/sus or something like that. If ya eat 5500 cals, I bet you'll grow! If not, get up to 6000cals! And that doesnt mean all shit food either! Meat, chicken, rice, eggs, potatos, milk, veggies, weight gainer, etc- tons of ways to grow bro. Cut out your cardio, hit low reps 4-6 per set for a while.
