I started my first cycle of this paper D-bol. Is this right, I cut off 4 squares (40mg) and placed them under my tongue and let them sit for about 5-10 mins till it didn't taste like I was getting anymore out of them and then I just swallowed the little squares. Can I just eat these things or suck on them or should they be under your tongue as I was told. I have never read anything on this so any advice is helpful.... thanks guys. JJ     | ||

I also got some paperdbol. Seems like 40 mg (4 squares) too much for one dosage and can put a lot of stress on your liver at once. maybe you should spread them out throughout the day. [This message has been edited by evilution79 (edited January 24, 2001).] | ||

Just chew on a square very well for 10 min,sucking all the "juices" out,then whash it down with some water.Don't take 4 at once,spread them out. Taste? Who cares? If you want good taste,go buy some candi. | ||
