I heard about a drug called "roofies" or ruhypnol (sp?) Has any one taken this for sleeping? I heard its used as a date rape drug, like GHB or whatnot, Im not into that, just looking for a way to get a good nights sleep for once... GHB doesnt last long enough for me to get a good nights sleep on. How do you get a doc to hook you up? Do you have to rib him or what? Ihavent been to a doc in years..     | ||

I second that on Ambien, wonderful stuff. You have no choice but to fall asleep on it and it lasts all night with no hang over in the morning. Actually, it is fun to try and fight it, almost impossible for me. | ||

dont get into the habit of relying on benzodiazepines to facilitate sleep. Rohypnols are, i believe, a schedule I drug in the U.S. its a powerful benzo flunitrazepam........commonly called 'slip and falls' and 'forget it all'........lol. they will fuck you up! a doc would have no probs prescribing you ambien as a sleep aid as it is not habit forming and does not pose a potential for abuse......... I have used both Rohypnol and a combo of Unisom and Melatonin with almost exactly the same results. If you are worried about the legal implications go with the latter. However, Valerian root has also worked wonders with me as well. Good luck, I know how important and sometimes evasive a good night's sleep can be. ------------------ | ||

My advice is to stay away from Rohypol...It is Schedule I (means don't get caught with it or you're fuc*ed, get caught selling it and you're really fuc*ed, if you use it to rape a girl- that's an additional 20 years added to your sentence), and as far as I know it is not even prescribed in the US. If I can't sleep I'll take 1 valium (prescribed of course) before bed and that will knock me out..and just think- rohypnol is TEN TIMES stronger than valium....DAMN! Who needs that much sleep???? |
