i am thinking of doing this. has anyone done this and what were the results. i want to do fina, winnt and t3 and be in keto for about 4 out of 8 weeks of the cycle.

Yes. Last summer, ran Primo 300mg for 8 weeks with Ref-B at 1.5cc/day for the first 4 weeks.

I had pretty good results, considering I didn't dedicate myself to actually "cutting". In other words, I just wanted to see what I could do in terms of an overall change in body as opposed to just losing fat. I kept my calories at maintainance, just no carbs.

Total change was probably +5 lbs of muscle, and -10 lbs of fat. Doesn't sound much, but converts to a pretty significant change in body comp.

If you are asking for a recommendation as to whether or not to go this route, I honestly can't say because I don't have much experience with "traditional" cycles.

I think it would probably be worth a shot though, if you went with something more like a "fat fast" keto diet as advocated at www.t-mag.com.
