As you might know, I have finished my EQ and Sust Cycle....Started Clomid Yesterday, which I loaded 300mg...now 100mg per day for a week then 50 for a few days...I have also began to diet down and try to cut. I am 5'10 206 13%bf. My diet looks like this...
8am- Protein Shake with Carbs 40p,30c

10:30am- Protein Shake+Flax Seed oil 40p,10c

12:30- Chicken and noodles 40p,50c

3pm- Protein shake with carbs 40p,35c
(WORK OUT) 5 days a week each bodypart once
6pm- Fish and nooodles, vegies p45,65c

8pm- protein shake + Peanuts 40p,10c

10:30pm- protein shake 40p,no carbs

Totals- Protein=280g/Carbs=195/Fat=30g(1/2 flax)

Will I beable to get lean, without loosing muscle , strength and my pump...Also, I will start clen in 1 week. I will cycle it 2, 2week cycles...Thanks

well bro you might lose something after the cycle i like to take some supps after a cycle.but keep workingout hard,also you can take low primo after a cycle like 200mgs and low eq too if you that worried about loseing gains.later

When you cut, you will lose muscle, unless you are taking gear w/ it which can help you keep your muscle when cutting.

yes, anavar and winny are the ones that will hold lean body mass while dieting. Try suppl glutamine at 30mg a day.
