im taking 400gm/week ttokkyo deca...i will be taking at the 4th week dbol.. i just started. its my first cycle. i plan on eating about 400protein, 4000cals, and around 600 carbs a day.. i have the usual excess fat around my gut for the beginner.. i was wondering, i know like how to get rid of it normally. but is it possible to slim it down when bulking, i dont want to balloon up and have it bigger than it is now..i want to just lose a little bit of it and bulk up my upper body and legs... if this is possible.. someone told me cardio hinders gains while bulkin someone let me know thanks bros ------------------ | ||

NO!!! You either grow or shrink. The body can't get bigger and get smaller at the same time. You either feed the body the caloric energy required to make it grow or you restrict that caloric energy to make it shrink. You can't eat 4000 calories and 2500 calories at the same time. ------------------ |
