I'm currently a 26 year old STUDent (hehe) going to University ..somewhere far far away...actually in Ontario. I'm not really sure exactly what degree I'm looking for exactly but I know it will not be a Dilbert type job, I prefer working with people and some fields that interest me are Mass communications, Kinesology and Economics and marketing. I'm looking for a job in adminustration but i know to get there I'm going to have to work up to it so lets get ready to rummmbleee. I've developed good communication skills as I worked as a part time waiter, I go thru jobs like laundry as I have worked in beer delivery, waitering, fast food, construction, renovations and now my favorite: Telemarketing. Haha, yes I know I hate it too when people call my house, just understand that they are doing there job, the trick is to tell them to put you on the NO calling list so you won't be bothered again, I also love when people trash talk me, you guys sound so stupid because we really don't care and the reason we are so damn persistent and annoying is cause we get paid based on sales :> My nationality is Greek-canadian, I don't know many people who are proud to be Canadian as we really have no culture unless you call kraft dinner, beer and hot dogs culture..hehe Canada is a very nice country to live in although people are too hung up and uptight about nudity etc. in Europe it is very open about that and I like that and I think its funny we will show ppl getting shot on TV but you won't show some people doing something natural and healthy like porking but anyways..I visit Greece most summers the food there is great and the people very open and emotional and passionate. When I am there I visit my family and go spearfishing. I got a whole section on that on my site as it is one of my biggest hobbies. As for sports well I had some stints in high school as when I was growing up I wasnt much of a athlete but over time I was able to join some teams...played basketball and swam on the University swim team now Im currently pursueing MU thai kickboxing to become a lethal weaaapon :P As far as recreation well you'll find me clubbing on weekends with the guys or chillin'. If I spend a summer in Canada I'll plant a garden in my backyard simply because I like fresh food and to make something productive of my time...being bored is the worst thing a person can do I think. I'm constantly reading books, sites and talking to people to learn and grow as a person. I don't watch much tv I'm currently enjoying this new brand of voyeur shows..like Big Brother. I was a huge springer fan till they took out the fights, I also like sci fi shows and movies I loved Matrix, Cube, Commando, Predator, T2, Death wish 3 and Conan. As for music well I like hardcore stuff that just makes me go nuts. West coast rap and hardcore heavy metal and techno. Stuff like NWA and kid rock to pump you up I like music that makes you want to break things!
As for other hobbies, well I took piano lessions for 6 years..haha funny for a meathead ehh...I also like to write humourous rap lyrics ..think of NWA and EMINEM..there all on my site.
Now finally on to lifting, as that is my current lifestyle now. I don't stress over diet too much I count protein and make sure I get enough water and vitamins etc. I am on a permanent bulk diet but I keep 2 rules in mind:

1) Below 36 inch waist
2) Below 15% bodyfat

I started lifting at 13 at the local YMCA, its quite the haven for homosexuals and drug abusers I must say and its damn dirty so after 2 years I stopped going there and got myself a pair of dumbells and weights. Then finally at age 15 I got my first flat/incline bench with leg ext/curl attachement and dip handles. After 3 years of good progress with that I then got my Power rack at home. I have a lat attachment a flat to incline bench, powerrack and olympic weights I also have a treadmill, exercise bike, ab roller and machine rower. The whole damn thing cost 3500 bucks but we got the stuff over time and I only paid for the weight system part not the cardio equipment so it wasnt that bad for a student who is broke. After 6 years of lifting I know what will and what will not work for me I have tons of routines listed in my site as well as lots of information. I workout 2-3 times a week, 4 times a week maximum. I beleive in hard ballz to the wall, blood and sweat training and prefer powerlifting routines, my main goal is to add weight to the bar and leave the muscle separation, toning and shaping to the gym bunnies and fluffies. I've always trained alone and will continue to 4 life. Someday I hope to compete in powerlifting or some kind of strongman competition, I always dream of being on stage for a bodybuilding contest and may compete in some meets eventually but I don't plan on getting heavy into the sport as to go beyond regional or provincial championships I know for sure I'll have to start juicin' up. I've always trained clean and am extremely anti drug and view it as cheating. In my last year of training I finally used creatine and use glucosamine for joint help and repair as well as multivitamins and extra protein in the form of powders.
Training has done alot for me, helped in sports etc. but the real thing it has done is install some discipline in me, something I think we all need in our lives, it has changed my view on the world in general as i see how lazy people are...they'll work overtime for xtra cash to buy the new car but they wont spend 2-4 hours a week exercising their fat ass. Trust me it takes me 2-5 hours a week to keep in shape,thats the equivalent of 5 episodes of T.V so get off your broke ass and start squatting punk. Before I exercise I spend a great deal of time stretching, in fact I spend probably 30 mins a day of stretching and Im working on doing the splits and improving flexibility for kickboxing and to improve health. I think health is more than how much you lift but also being cardio vascularly fit, having functional strength and having a healthy mind devoid of poison such as drugs. Yes I have done no drugs and have never even tried a cigarette, I have dabbled into drinking occasionally but not more than once a month at best, I try to limit it; I am not a monk and I want to enjoy the University years ya know!
Before I lift I do alot of meditation, yeah it sounds funny to you guys because you dont know how challenging a real workout can be, you must prepare for battle because it a real war with yourself. It is your body giving you signals, IM TIRED, IM SWEATY, IM HOT, IM DIZZY, IM LOSING MY BREATHE, IT HURTS, IM UNCOMFORTABLE, IM LOSING POWER and your mind is what controls your body and your mind will tell you to quit before your body does. This is where mental focus comes into play, Seeing the bar, wanting to destroy it. Before I go to lift I clear my mind I see nothing I focus for about 5-10 mins preparing myself just focusing relaxing my body to the point that I am asleep on my feet, then I awaken the rage consumes me I become enraged look at the bar, swear at that thing saying things like "you aint nothing bitch" "fuck you slut" etc. anything at all. Then I focus for a second as the music pounds in the background, not even hearing it. I then clap my hands once really hard and that signifies the attack and I go in and bust out reps till the bar falls out of my hands or Im completely burnt. I do this each and every time and I am never never never ever not motivated to do a workout. the reason I miss workouts? because I did not have the energy to workout that day either tired etc. so I will postpone it one day, in my way of thinking if your not going to make progress (ex add 10 lbs to squat) then there is absolutely no point in working out. I dont go thru the motions I go to war to gain ground. Now you know alittle about me, so go sweat blood in the gym and go ballz out. I don't suffer from insanity my friends..I enjoy every minute of it! In closing I would just like to say fuck you to anyone who doubts me I will concieve my success thru blood and iron :>

HERE IS THIS IDIOTS ORIGIONAL POST. READ IT AND THEN LOOK AT THIS DUMB ASS

"Well from my experience most juicers are people with low self esteem or low will power and are mentally weak. They take drugs because they can't earn there way through the hard work and dedication that us normal lifter's do. In some cases as in the competitive circuit drugs are a must to compete, but I'm talking about us non-pro's, I'm talking about those guys who play on high school football teams or the guys who lift as a hobby. Alot of guys I know follow this routine:
1) Go on some drug that they get from a local gym rat. Usually are skinny or under 200 lbs.
2) Inject themselves with some drug they don't know the side effects or dosage of.
3) Eat like pigs and Gain muscle at an incredible fast rate. Be over 225 lbs in little time.
4) Go tanning and then clubbing.
6) Pick up slutty woman with the snap of there fingers.
7) Lose there muscle gains, have smaller testicles, severe acne on the face and back and get sickly.
8) Fall into depression, stop using drugs period or go on another cycle to gain back what they lost.

Now this is the sad truth, Ive seen and heard stories of alot of guys doing this. In the clubs I go to I usually see 4-5 juicers like this, they are usually the same age as me and are usually twice as big, which is impossible to get naturally at the same age. I myself am 6"1 and 212 lbs right now so Im no pip squeak but these guys are huge!. I have one friend who has been lifting from day 1 way back in grade 6-7 and he is one big guy but even him can't match up at all to the clubs bouncers which are juiced to the max or to the juicers. The thing with those juicers is that there gains come and go like tides on the sea, I never see the same roider at the club for more than a few months, his bitch tits and bad acne keep him at home after crying to mommy. Stupid roid bitches. My best advice to you future juicers out there is to go to a gym, lift weights steadily for 3 years, after that you should have a physique that is very good and that the woman will find more than appealing, hard work never hurt anyone. "


Good job at effectively making yourself look like and idiot Johnny. Why don't you do some reading on this board and see why most of us have made the lifestyle decision we have. Maybe then you won't make such ignorant statements.
