how long does it take to notice improvement off of zoloft and what is a normal dosage. Would it be better to take anabolic or androgenic on it

for me it only took a couple of days..and it comes in 50mg dosage a day.which you usually start your day off of..however u do tend to get dizzy off of it and tired..so maybe take it after training..it's your call though ask your doc...they'll tell yeah..

no offense, but it is impossible that it was the zoloft directly affecting (effecting?) your mood - it takes close to a month for it to establish the right levels in your system. you certainly could have been getting a placebo effect almost immediately.
when I first started taking it, I felt better within two days or so, but the docs said it wasn't the drugs.

on the other hand, if you are going o have any side effects from it, they will show up within the first week.
but the desired results won't show up until about a month of taking it.

i am on 100mgs a day... what was said up above about you getting dizzy & tired, that only happends to some people, othes will feel wired as hell. i am on my 5th day and i dont feel anything, i broke the pill in half for the first 3 days and now i am tapering it up. last night, i had a hard time sleeping when i took the 100mgs, so maybe i am one of those who get wired haha ( damn, i hope not)

when I first started taking them, I was wired and couldn't sleep, so they gave me something to make me sleep.
the problem is that once you grow a tolerance of sorts to the zoloft, you will get tired when taking it - so that combined with the other stuff was knocking me out hard core (serveral days of sleep).

and the tapering is very important, when starting up it is so if you are goin got have any side effects from it, you will catch them and won't have them too badly. even more importantly is to come down off them in a VERY slow taper.
I quit basically cold turkey b/c I couldn't afford it at the time (long story) and I had really nasty side effects. it is far less bad if you taper down.
